Change over day is normally: Friday (minimum of two days stay) Prices are based for the holiday let, not per person, which offers great overall value.

Weekend stay: This is normally classed as a two night stay (Friday & Saturday night or Saturday & Sunday night ) 

3 and 4 day Tariff : is classed as a three night Long Weekend (Friday, Saturday & Sunday night) or as a four night Mid-week Break (Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday night)

One Week Stay : 7 nights are Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday night, leaving by Friday 10am.

This represents the best value for a short holiday break. Where your holiday break covers two price bands, the rate in which the greater number of nights occur applies.

Booking Fee: Our agents charge a booking fee for the admistration of all bookings. Fees vary depending on the cost of the stay. Quotes can be obtained without obligation by chosing the 'Book Now' button above.

Security Deposit : This is required by all guests and is a one off £100 refundable deposit, which is returned within 14 days of the completion of the holiday, providing the let has been left in good order, any optional extras ordered at the time of the stay have been fully paid for and no breakages have occurred. Any intention to make a charge against the security deposit will be notified by phone or writing and explained to the guest.

Holiday Deposit: Holiday deposits are calculated at 20% of the holiday rate and reservations are not considered valid until the monies have cleared.

Payment of the balance: The total balance is due in advance and is payable within 28 days of the required holiday date. No reminders will be sent. For bookings made at short notice or as a special offer, the total balance is due immediately.
